Interactive invitations

We create digital and physical invitations with game mechanics for events, brand projects and special occasions. This can be a personalised code, website, puzzle, message, phone call, physical object or a multi-step scenario.

More than event information

An interactive invitation can create interest before the event begins. A participant may need to solve a task, find information, enter a personal code or complete a short sequence to unlock the next step. This way, the event or game can start with the invitation itself.

Possible formats

01

Personalised website

Each guest receives a unique link or code and sees content prepared specifically for them.

02

Digital puzzle

A task that reveals event details, the next game step or other content.

03

Physical object

A card, package, object or other item that becomes part of the game.

04

Messages and calls

Email, SMS, a phone call or recorded voice message can be part of the scenario.

05

Multi-step invitation

The experience can unfold gradually. A physical object can lead to a digital task, which then reveals the next step.

The invitation can continue at the event

An interactive invitation can work as a standalone project or as the beginning of a larger game. Information found in a code, object or digital task can later unlock the next stage or give the participant a specific role. The task that starts with the invitation can continue at the event itself.

It can also support brand communication

The invitation mechanics can be connected with a product story, campaign theme or event visual identity.

Example

01

2026

Exactly - Beyond Limits

A themed event game combining physical tasks, props, a digital game system and an interactive pre-event invitation.

02

Interactive invitations

Vairāku posmu interaktīvs ielūgums

The first delivery contained a physical object with no explanation. After taking it apart, the participant found one game element. A few days later, a second object arrived. Together, the two objects revealed a phone number. Calling it played a recorded message with coordinates, a date and time that led to the final stage.

How we develop it

01

Idea

We define the event or campaign context and the reaction the invitation should create.

02

Mechanics

We develop the game principle, participant journey and required content.

03

Production

We prepare and test the digital or physical solution.
